Marriott's Crystal Shores, Marco Island, Penthouse (3BR)

Remarkable stay. Room was clean and in great condition. Our view of the gulf made dinners at sunset amazing!

This is a beautiful property and the owner was was so easy to work with. The check in process was a breeze!

I booked two nights to plan for a small sleepover party for my daughter's birthday and had brought decorations and snack trays and were forced to move into a different room the second night. It was really disruptive because we had to re-pack all the decorations and bags when we were supposed to be at the cabanas celebrating. The resort staff were amazing and super helpful - they did everything they could do to help us, but finding out I was going to have change rooms.

great location, perfect for large family

The condo itself was lacking! The bedding was skimpy, and there were no extra blankets provided. The bed pillows were such poor quality too. Also very poor quality was the condo towels both in size and texture, and the pool towels. We were extremely disappointed by these!The appliances were all low quality. We expected better for what we were paying!As far as the management of these condos? Everyone got a text in the morning each day telling us their “rules” about not leaving personal belongings on pool chairs to “save” them, and yet this was EXACTLY what happened every single day! We were never able to get a pool chair even though 50-60% were empty, just holding people’s belongings! Our room was overlooking the pools, and we personally witnessed people going out early every morning to put towels, etc onto the chairs and then leave. According to the condo rules this is not allowed, yet nothing prevented it. We will not be staying here again. We visit Marco Island every year, there’s many other places to stay.
